I am Peter Dodd, co-founder of Lamp Treasure Ltd. I have been dealing in many disciplines in antiques for over 50 wonderful years, which involves having had so many wonderful objects pass through my hands.

My passion for always pursing excellence and quality has been so rewarding, and that is why, over a decade past the usual date of my retirement, I continue in the love of craftmanship, beauty, and innovation. It is indeed a constant source of joy and delight for me.

The internet has changed everything; no longer early hours at Bermondsey and Portobello Markets; no longer early morning rising, to drive the length and breadth of the British Isles and Continental Europe!

It delights me that I have 'magnetised' Sameer to begin appreciating antiques, and, with our combination of youthful enthusiasm and vast experience, I now enter a new phase in the antiques business. Let there be light, in all aspects of our lives.
